When it comes to cleaning Darlington garments, a little extra care goes a long way. Skip the washing machine and dry clean or hand wash for best results. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

While we hope to one day see Darlington all over the world, we currently only offer shipping within the U.S. However, you may contact us on our Contact page if you would like to request an international shipment. International shipping is approved on a case-by-case basis depending on customs, etc.

If you have any issue with your order, please email ashley@shop-darlington.com so our team can get it resolved!

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. Please allow 48-72 hours for your inquiry to be reviewed by customer service. We are, of course, able to offer refunds for pieces that arrive broken, though we pride ourselves on thorough packaging and hope that’s never the case! We are open Monday through Friday.
